Yoga is a physical and spiritual practise, therefore, in addition to the postures (asanas), our classes also feature breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation and philosophical teachings.
Contrary to the popular belief, you do not need to be flexible to “do yoga”. Flexibility comes as a result of your practice. All you need to get started is an open heart, an open mind and a willingness to learn.
We teach Hatha Yoga (Vinyasa, also known as Flow) in group or private classes.

We use a mix of traditional life coaching, neuro-linguistic programming and behavioural profiling.
