Private Appointments

If for any reason we deem it necessary to do so, we may cancel the appointment by notifying you in writing. In this case we will refund the total amount you have paid and you shall have no claim upon us for compensation.

If you choose to cancel your appointment for any reason at least 48 hours prior to the appointment taking place, we will issue a refund for the total amount you have paid and you shall have no claim upon us for compensation.

If you choose to cancel your appointment for any reason, less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours prior to the appointment taking place, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

  • If the session has already been paid for, a 50% refund will be issued and you shall have no claim upon us for compensation.
  • If the session was part of a pre-paid package, a session will be forfeited and you shall have no claim upon us for compensation.
  • If the session was a complimentary session, 50% of the price of a paid session will be due within 7 days of cancellation and you will no longer be eligible for complimentary sessions.

If you choose to cancel your appointment for any reason, less than 24 hours prior to the appointment taking place, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

  • If the session has already been paid for, no refund will be issued and you shall have no claim upon us for compensation.
  • If the session was part of a pre-paid package, a session will be forfeited and you shall have no claim upon us for compensation.
  • If the session was a complimentary session, 100% of the price of a paid session will be due within 7 days of cancellation and you will no longer be eligible for complimentary sessions.

Group Classes

If for any reason we deem it necessary to do so, we may cancel the class by notifying you in writing. In this case we will refund the total amount you have paid and you shall have no claim upon us for compensation.

If you choose to cancel your class for any reason, less than 24 hours prior to the appointment taking place, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

  • If the class has already been paid for, no refund will be issued and you shall have no claim upon us for compensation.
  • If the class was part of a pre-paid package, a session will be forfeited and you shall have no claim upon us for compensation.
  • If the class was a complimentary session, 100% of the price of a paid session will be due within 7 days of cancellation.

Events

Cooling Off Period

If you notify us in writing and within 5 business days from the date of your first payment, that you wish to cancel your enrolment, then we will refund you the total amount you have paid.

Event Changes

If for any reason we deem it necessary to change the event dates, venue, speaker or hours we may do so by notifying you in writing of the changes we make. In this case we will refund the total amount you have paid and you shall have no claim upon us for compensation.

Event Cancellation

If for any reason we deem it necessary to do so, we may cancel the event by notifying you in writing. In this case we will refund the total amount you have paid and you shall have no claim upon us for compensation.

Enrolment Deposit

We will not accept your enrolment until we receive a payment from you equal to or greater than the minimum deposit required for the event you are attending.

Enrolment Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your enrolment for any reason, other than within the cooling-off period identified in paragraph 1 and at least 2 weeks prior to the event taking place, we will issue a refund for the total amount you have paid minus the deposit and you shall have no claim upon us for compensation.

If you choose to cancel your enrolment for any reason, other than within the cooling-off period identified in paragraph 1 and less than 2 weeks prior to the event taking place, no refund will be issued and you shall have no claim upon us for compensation.

Intellectual Property

All material presented during the event for which you are enrolling is subject to copyright. The copyright in the materials remains the property of their owners and may not be recorded, used or reproduced without the written permission of the copyright owner.

General

The laws of the state of New South Wales govern these terms and conditions. Should any part of this agreement be determined by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will be unaffected. These terms and conditions may not be varied except with the written approval of a director of Sonrisa Pty Ltd. All terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are excludable are excluded from this again but our liability for breach of such conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable is limited to the total amount paid by you to Sonrisa Pty Ltd under this terms and conditions.

Satisfaction guarantee

We are certain that you will benefit from attending one of our events. However, if you attend (where “attend” means to be present in the room for the entire event, other than for unavoidable toilet breaks etc.) one of our events and are not completely satisfied, you may return your course materials at the final session of the final day of the event, along with a written refund request, and we will refund any monies you have paid to attend the event, less the value of any products you have received from us in relation to the seminar.

Volition

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that the decision to attend one of Sonrisa Pty Ltd events is your own and that you have not been pressured or coerced into making this decision. Furthermore, you accept responsibility for the results you achieve subsequent to the event.
