Spirulina Chia Pudding

I love my chia pudding! To mix things up a bit I have added some spirulina and blood orange juice. I never thought of using spirulina in this way before but I recently went to a Raw Yoga Bliss retreat in Bali and one morning Amanda from The Raw Food Kitchen served us chia pudding with spirulina. I have to admit I was a bit sceptical at first but once I tasted it I was sold! So I have been experimenting with it since my return and this is what I have come up with.
